Hiring Up to 3 | 1099/Commission Sales/Bonuses at Wisconsin Life & Style Publications

This is a rewarding career for disciplined individuals who want to connect with businesses within their local community and promote the Shop Local mindset.

What's in it for you?

• The position is 1099, 100% Commission

• % of all Contracted Sales, UNCAPPED earning potential (Straight Commission)

• Training Pay: $20/hour for a set amount of hours based upon experience (or commissions, whichever is greater)

• $1800 is the average contract sale in 2022

• Ability to memorize sales and marketing materials to give a highly effective sales presentation

• Excellent communication skills & the ability to build rapport quickly

• Persistent, disciplined self manager

• Confident in handling rejection

• Driven with a desire to consistently increase your earnings

• Intermediate technical skills

• Keeping track and in touch with all your advertising partners

• Collecting art materials

• Working with team on deadlines

• Follow up with receivables, when needed from Accounting

We are a locally owned and operated group of community publications. Started in 2020 with a vision of connecting local residents with local readers. We currently mail out 22,000 magazines quarterly and are on the growth plan to expand as early as wall 2023!
